This month we selected some small low cost “Shueki” buildings (investment buildings) in Kobe starting from 23 million yen. There are a mix of usages, some units suitable for small businesses and some for residential. Most of the buildings listed below are fully occupied with a rental income and are suitable for starter investors.
On a related subject, we came across a loan company, Life Jutaku Loan, who say they will provide commercial property loans to non-Japanese Citizens. We heard they prefer to lend to foreigners with Permanent Residence Status, but they are worth checking. We would appreciate some feedback if you talk to them. We would like to know how this works in practice.
