A City Center Pad in Sannomiya?

Last month we had a couple of purchase enquiries that sparked our interest. The enquiries were for one-person city center apartments in Sannomiya.

The enquiries were from customers who want to buy apartments to live in, with the option of being able to let them out to tenants if they spend time away from Kobe.   In other words these enquiries were both owner-occupier type and buy-to-let type.

The results of our search are very interesting.   Providing you don’t need a brand new apartment, a 30 to 80 square meter city center pad in Sannomiya need not be expensive.   A selection of the ones we found are between 5.7m yen and 20m yen. Some of them have hidden roof top terraces or large balconies with views. All of them are in the Shin Kobe, Sannomiya, Kobe corridor.
