New apartments in Kobe are gradually getting bigger. Many newly built mansions for sale for families in the Kobe area are around 70m2. It wasn't so long ago since the standard was more like 60m2.
Even at 70m2, the sizes are still small compared to other rich countries, so we think the average size in Kobe will continue to increase. In cities like Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur, condominiums for middle class families are closer to 120m2.
We searched the Kobe market for bigger apartments to see what is available for sale. Here is selection of what is on the market for around 100m2, selected for ffeilden with international customers in mind.
These properties are located in good neighborhoods of Kobe and Ashiya. Most of them have good views, and some of them are very competitively priced. Viewing can be arranged. Please don't hesitate to call to discuss.
