We help international companies and venture companies with market entry into Japan, where land, premises or buildings are key to business development strategy. From hotels to shopping centers, we aim to assist companies in creating value from land or buildings in western Japan. An extension of your businessWe identify business drivers, undertake surveys, create business models and network plans, assess existing locations, and assess competitors.Our approach is “hands-on” and we act as an extension of the client business. This can be particularly useful when the client does not have a permanent presence in Japan, or when the client’s only Japan office is in Tokyo. We can be your eyes and ears on the ground. We work on the basis of a monthly retainer with incentives based on results. We do not provide these services on a speculative basis. |
