Philosophy

Our aim is to provide services that bring simplicity, clarity and transparency to international clients in a market that is often opaque and seemingly riddled with traditional and unusual practices.

It is our policy to protect and enhance the environment, and we will not promote insensitive developments in areas of outstanding natural beauty or heritage. Where feasible we will promote the economic reuse of buildings of traditional, historic or architectural merit.

We do not pay or receive commissions for introductions or services from third parties, or where such commissions are normal practice in Japan, we will declare them to the client. It is our policy not to give or receive gifts.

We are based in Kobe and Rokko and real estate transactions are made through Shinei Home, Kobe. Our background is in architecture and business development.
