We represent international individuals and companies in securing rented homes in Kobe and Ashiya.

Our activities are focused on the residential areas international customers like to live: Okamoto, Mikage, Rokko, Kitano-cho and Sannomiya in Kobe as well as Nishinomiya and Ashiya.

We actively seek out landlords who cater to international tenants, and we try to structure terms that are attractive to international tenants such as no or low key money.

We represent either renters or owners, but unlike most agents, when we act for both parties we will inform both parties to declare any conflict of interest.
